There will be a wide range of products at “Taste the Borders”: eat well, eat healthy!
You will appreciate five of the regional Slow Food Presidia- : pitina (meatball made of smoked meats), Cipolla (onion) di Cavasso e della Val Cosa, Aglio (garlic) di Resia, Pan di Sorc (sweet, spiced bread based on a mix of cornmeal, rye and wheat flour and dried figs, and usually with the addition of raisins and fennel seeds) e Radic di Mont (wild chicory that grows over 1.000 mt above sea level).
“Taste the Borders” will give you as well the opportunity to taste craft beers from small, local, independent breweries: “Birrificio Foglie d’Erba” and “Zahre Beer”
